Store Pickup
We no longer have a physical brick and mortar location. If you opt for the store pickup option and haven't pre-arranged a time and location, your order will be cancelled.
Shipping from our store
Orders are generally shipped from our store location within 72 hours using UPS Ground. UPS Ground's delivery estimate is 1-5 business days. We are only shipping to the United States at this time.Â
When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track its status. If you haven't received a confirmation email in 72 hours from the time of purchase, please contact us at hello@norfolkwoodshop.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.Â
Shipping Fulfilled By Manufacturer
Some of the items on our online store are fulfilled by their respective manufacturer and shipped directly from their respective warehouses. When we receive your order, we get in contact with the manufacturer as soon as possible with information regarding your order. When we receive shipping information from them we then send you an email with your tracking information. Generally, these items ship in 7-21 days. However, occasionally an item ordered may be on back-order. In this case, when we find out an estimated fulfillment date from the manufacturer we send you an email with the information of when it will be fulfilled. If some, but not all of your items are back-ordered, these products may be split-shipped and delivered on different days. We are a small team of 3 people and limited time and resources, so we try to be as communicative with you about your order as we can.
Many of the items fulfilled by their manufacturers require freight shipping with lift-gate service. In this case, we require a phone number from you so that the delivery service can schedule a time with you to deliver your product.
