Shipping Policy

Store Pickup - 5115 Colley Ave.

Orders for In-Store Pickup can be picked up from our store at 5115 Colley Ave. Norfolk, VA 23508 during our open hours. Our open hours are Wednesday and Thursday 10:30-6:30, Friday and Saturday 10:00-7:00, and Sunday 12:00-5:00. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours using UPS Ground. UPS Ground's delivery estimate is 1-5 business days. We are only shipping to the Continental United States at this time. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track its status. If you haven't received a confirmation email in 72 hours from the time of purchase, please contact us at hello@norfolkwoodshop.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.
